  3. In the Name Menu in option 8 you will now see that it will direct you not
  4. only to a multi code menu but to a letter merge menu. I have created a
  5. complete letter writing and merging function into this program. It eliminates
  6. having to go to a word processor for a one page mail-merge letter.
  7. In the appointment function in the Office Menu, you can now flip backwards
  8. or forward to view appointment schedules.
  9. I have also included into the program a changing label function to customize
  10. any label to your needs.
  11. There are many little changes that help the user, but most of those are 
  12. internal and will not be obvious. Upgrades will continue if I keep getting
  13. user input. If you think you have a suggestion for the program, please
